This presentation will explore the following:

Understanding relationships within TA

Defining your mission as a TA professional

Examining and adjusting processes

Salary transparency as a strategy

Getting uncomfortably personal

Ghosting and rejection

Employer Value Proposition

Tools of the trade

How personalization and authenticity lead to TA success

Speaker: Stacey Moeder, AVP Talent Acquisition Specialist, RCB Bank

Stacey has been part of Central Kansas SHRM and the Hutchinson HR community since 2011. She was the Human Resources/Operations Officer for Central Bank and Trust Co. for seven years and took on a specialty role in talent acquisition when RCB Bank acquired CBT in 2018. Stacey loves her role as Talent Acquisition Specialist because it allows her to connect directly with people from Oklahoma and Kansas and help them learn why RCB is such a great place to work!

Stacey previously served as president of Central Kansas SHRM, has served on the Kansas SHRM board since 2015, and has been serving in her current role of College Relations Director since 2018. She currently serves on the Hutchinson/Reno County Chamber Small Business Council and serves as a Chamber Ambassador. Stacey serves as part of the New Connections team, under the umbrella of HEAL Reno County, that facilitates opportunities for individuals in Hutchinson and Reno County to create the kinds of connections that make a place feel like home. She is an active member of the SourceCon community and a recently-selected board member for the Wichita chapter of TALK Talent.
