Overview: When the toughest problems you face require changing the culture, habits, or behaviors of other people, leadership is required. Unfortunately, there is no simple fix or easy answer to getting people to change. Whether you’re a seasoned CEO or a new trainee, everyone has a role in managing change. This only happens by creating a strong leadership culture where everyone in the organization can solve problems faster, effectively and sustainably.
