Summary:  Responsibility-Centered Leadership (RCL) helps organizations break free from the traditional obedience model and move into a process that can help create personal responsibility for all. The focus of RCL is to put a system in place that can equip every supervisor and/or leader in your business to become a master of challenging moments with employees and help your organization thrive. When supervisors become masters of challenging moments, employees are continually supported and see responsible behaviors modeled by their superiors. RCL is based on the principle that organization-wide reform requires investment by all. When everyone clearly understands their roles in this process, positive change will occur.

Speaker: Eric Clark, Responsibility Centered Leadership
