SUMMARY:

This presentation will take a tactical approach to compliance items including ERISA disclosures and filings through proactively addressing the collection needs of data.  Employee Survey’s, team building activities and competitions are involved in making winter the best time for preparing for compliance items in 2018.

Three Learning Objectives:

  1. Employee Disclosures: who gives what when to whom?
  2.  Regulations, Business methods and documents to collect and store required information – updated with notes about CHIP Notice and Marketplace Notice
  3. Security of Audits/results

Attendees will leave the presentation with hands-on ideas on how to prepare their department for the variety of items collected at the state and federal level, and thoughts about what items may change as guidance is provided from the Regulators.
