Todd is the Founder and President of National Screening Bureau. Involved with the Background Screening and Credit Bureau industry since 1999, he is a member of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners and recently served on the Kansas State SHRM board. He is an expert in best practices for background screening, drug screening, EEOC compliance, right fit hiring and the impact these programs have on employers. Todd holds the Advanced FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act) Certification and possesses a Private Investigator’s license. Todd has presented to numerous organizations on topics pertaining to pre-employment screening and utilizing best business practices while hiring.
