    • Job Description Summary

      Provides support to HR staff and performs as a back-up for Receptionist. Provides assistance in functional areas of HR to include recruitment, benefits, compensation, employment, training, Workday transactions and reporting as well as annual governmental reporting requirements. Assists in the administration of HR Policies and procedures. Establishes and maintains a solid working relationship with all departments and entities. Requires knowledge of all Human Resource disciplines.

      Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

      • Provides for a positive HR experience for customers both in person and over the phone by meeting their needs or ensuring that their concerns are directed to the appropriate person.
      • Participates in the preparations of various forms, documents, etc. as requested.
      • Assist with benefit administration, talent acquisition, compensation administration, compliance, recordkeeping and HRIS.
      • Assists with workers' compensation claims, leave coordination, FMLA and ADA..
      • Assists with the updating of job descriptions.
      • Assist employees with routine human resource/personnel related questions.
      • Maintain confidentiality in all human resource activities.
      • Provide routine back-up for front desk as needed.
      • Abides by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability privacy and security regulations regarding all aspects of Protected Health Information (PHI).

      • Advanced knowledge with computers and Microsoft Office programs (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint).
      • High level of customer service skills and ability to deal with all types of situations and problems in a calm and professional manner.
      • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and stressful setting.
      • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally at all times.

      Strong communication and presentation skills with a proven ability to influence and lead teams to conclusion/decision making.
      Proven ability to think strategically but also must be able to lead day-to-day tactical processes.
      Demonstrated ability to manage and provide coaching and leadership on complex projects.
      Must be able to lead and/or facilitate process improvement.

      • 1-3 years’ experience in HR OR
      • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Business
      • HR certification will be considered in pay rate
