As a strategic partner, the HR Manager aligns health system objectives with employees and management in designated entities and departments. The HR Manager formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. This individual maintains an effective level of business literacy about the entity/department financial position, its mid-range plans, its culture and its competition.
Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
