    Benefits & Payroll Administrator

    Farmers Alliance is seeking a talented candidate to fill the Benefits & Payroll Administrator position.  Qualified candidates are self-motivated individuals who possess sound judgment and problem solving skills.  Strong organizational skills are required, as well as advanced computer skills, including a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • Minimum three years Human Resources Experience required (direct payroll and benefits administration experience preferred)
    • SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR designations are preferred.
