    JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

    Responsible for administration associated with staffing and personnel file management for the Human Resources Department.  Includes coordinating new employee orientation paperwork, maintaining HR databases.

    JOB DESCRIPTION DETAILS

    Responsibilities

    • Responds to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provides assistance.
    • Redirects HR related calls or walk-ins to the appropriate person on the team as needed.
    • Source/Prescreen candidates on open req’s in SF, Indeed and other sites.
    • Post key positions on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sites.
    • Research and post hard to fill positions on other sites.
    • Schedule candidate interviews.
    • Communicate candidate information to interview teams, including management and senior leadership.
    • Maintain records of personnel-related data in the database and ensure all employment requirements are met.
    • Assist with Temp Staffing needs process.
    • Assist with Apprenticeship program process.
    • Make occasional candidate travel arrangements.
    • Contractor/temporary invoice review/approval reconciliation.
    • Assist with Internal employee SF campaign.
    • Assist with setting up job description templates in SF.
    • Assist with temp 30/60/90-day feedback.
    • Assist with putting together packets and swag bags for orientation.

    Other

    • Attends meetings as required and/or assigned.
    • Performs other duties as required and/or assigned

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Applicant Tracking Systems.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Well organized and detail-oriented with an ability to multitask.

    Education, Certification/License & Work Experience 

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field required.
    • At least 2 years’ experience in human resources required.

    Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
